COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Full-Time Position
Department: Sales
Location: Burnaby & North Vancouver
We are looking for an energetic, service driven individual to join our sales team.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead customers through an exceptional customer service experience
- Build customer loyalty and grow account sales
- Use product knowledge to enhance “the value added” component of the sales transaction by anticipating customer requirements and recommending additional products
- Assist customers by offering advice and information on different products
- Present a professional sales image to customers at all times
- Provide assistance and follow up with customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Ideal Profile:
- Fluent in English with excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, Cantonese or Mandarin is a definite asset
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Professional, courteous and punctual with a focus on customer service
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Able to work full-time hours, including weekdays as well as Saturdays
